NRF is a leading manufacturer and supplier of heat exchange products for automotive, marine and industrial applications, distributing cooling and air-conditioning parts globally with a focus on the European automotive aftermarket. The automotive aftermarket is a dynamic trading environment in which employment and people aspects are of great importance for our business success. For this reason, NRF is hiring a People Specialist.
What are you going to do as a People Specialist?
Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, and to conduct employee onboarding;
cooperating with external payroll providers on payroll delivery and salary payments to employees and contractors;
ensuring timely and accurate payroll payments;
administering employee benefits and being responsible for administering benefits
providing support to employees in various HR-related topics (such as compensation, leavers, etc.) and resolving any issues or problems;
ensuring employee records are properly maintained;
develop and implement HR policies.
What do you bring?
Experience within the HR area, min. 2 years;
understanding of HR best practices and current regulations in France;
fluent English;
strong communication and interpersonal skills;
strong practical knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel);
team player.
