Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with support engineers worldwide
- Investigate and devise effective solutions
- Design and implement new features
- Enhance development infrastructure and processes
- Influence the roadmap of Remote Access products
- Contribute to innovative projects from ideation to product release
- 3+ years of C/C++ experience on Windows
- Proficiency in Windows internals (file systems, network protocols stack, process and memory management)
- Object-oriented design and programming expertise
- Strong troubleshooting skills, adherence to coding and source management best practices
- Degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent software development training
- This is a mid-level position as you defined in the position 3+ years of experience
- Networking knowledge (protocols, Wireshark)
- Good English language proficiency
- Autonomous learning and interpersonal skills
- Experience in debugging (WinDbg) and crash dump analysis (a plus)
- Driver development experience (a plus)
- Development experience for Linux and/or macOS (a plus)
- Theoretical understanding of VPN (key management, cryptography, routing, etc.) will be highly advantageous
