Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with support engineers worldwide
• Investigate and devise effective solutions
• Design and implement new features
• Enhance development infrastructure and processes
• Influence the roadmap of Remote Access products
• Contribute to innovative projects from ideation to product release
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of C/C++ experience on Windows
• Proficiency in Windows internals (file systems, network protocols stack, process and memory management)
• Object-oriented design and programming expertise
• Strong troubleshooting skills, adherence to coding and source management best practices
• Degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent software development training
• This is a mid-level position as you defined in the position 3+ years of experience
• Networking knowledge (protocols, Wireshark)
• Good English language proficiency
• Autonomous learning and interpersonal skills
• Experience in debugging (WinDbg) and crash dump analysis (a plus)
• Driver development experience (a plus)
• Development experience for Linux and/or macOS (a plus)
• Theoretical understanding of VPN (key management, cryptography, routing, etc.) will be highly advantageous
