Your new role
As Financial Controller, you'll report directly to the CFO and lead key finance functions including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Financial Reporting, and Treasury. You'll be responsible for managing a high-performing finance team, driving process improvements, overseeing cashflow and working capital, and ensuring robust internal controls. This is a strategic leadership role with a strong focus on people development, decision support, and cross-functional collaboration.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified Accountant (CPA, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar leadership role
- Proven ability to manage and develop finance teams
- Strong ERP systems experience and commercial acumen
- Willingness to travel to other Irish sites
- Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making skills
What you'll get in return
- Salary: €90,000 - €110,000 DOE
- Annual Bonus Potential: €15,000
