About Your New Job:

• Report into the Head of ICT Security & Networks
• As the ICT Security & Networks Administrator, you will assist in managing and maintaining a secure network infrastructure and communications system across the organisation.
• You will assist in the configuration and management of networking and data communications infrastructure on-premise and in a hybrid cloud environment.
• You will work with a team to manage ICT Security technologies, focusing on network management, response to security system alerts, and suspicious network activity.
• You will maintain knowledge of relevant technical systems and professional certifications, staying up to date on security and network risks, trends, and process innovations.

What Skills You’ll Need:

• 5 years’ experience in a network security administration role
• Solid knowledge and understanding of LAN, WAN, DMZ, VPN, and DNS network technologies and protocols
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
• Certification/Qualifications in industry-recognized Network and Security disciplines
• Experience with security technologies such as Fortinet and Checkpoint
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to act on your own initiative
