About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented person to support the management of complex projects.

The role combines coordination, tracking, and documentation — ensuring that every task, file, and deliverable is properly monitored and completed on time.

You’ll be responsible for keeping the project plan updated, verifying supplier deliverables, following up on payments and milestones, and supporting the technical consultant during validation phases.

Over time, if you’re curious, you can also learn the project’s technical aspects, but your main focus will remain on organization, planning, and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track progress on each task and coordinate with suppliers and consultants.
  • Verify deliverables and related documentation before approvals or payments.
  • Support the technical consultant in validation and review processes.
  • Manage project files, folders, and version control in shared environments.
  • Monitor project milestones and related payment steps.
  • Prepare progress reports and flag potential risks or delays to management.
  • Ensure clear communication among all stakeholders
  • Supporting and assisting the client in using our software

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, or similar operational roles.
  • Degree preferably in Management Engineering
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian.
  • Comfortable working with repetitive or process-driven tasks.
  • Interest in learning about the technical side of the project.
  • Strong public speaking skills, comfortable discussing technical topics in a broad spectrum of the industry.
  • Experience with remote working.
  • Passion for technology and engineering.
  • Self-driven individual with an excellent aptitude for problem-solving.
  • Basic understanding of Information Technology.
  • Responsibility and high work ethic.
  • Strong result orientation.

Soft Skills

  • Reliability and sense of ownership.
  • Analytical thinking and methodical work style.
  • Consistency and accuracy in execution.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to anticipate next steps.
  • Team player with strong follow-through.
