Our HR team is built on collaboration, growth, and a supportive work environment — and we’re now looking for an HR Specialist to help strengthen our people processes, enhance the employee experience, and handle the organization’s incoming and outgoing correspondence with care and precision.
💻 Your Main Responsibilities Will Include
HR Processes & Documentation
- Take ownership of HR documentation and correspondence across the entire organization, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence across the organization
- Manage documentation for employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support internal HR projects and initiatives aimed at process improvement and employee engagement
- Maintain employee health and safety documentation and training records
- Coordinate work safety processes and ensure compliance with regulations
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate employee information in the HR system and be owner of the systems used on daily basis for HR data (SageHR, MS Dynamics 365 Business Central)
- Ensure all HR data and records are complete, up to date, and compliant with company policies and legislation
- Track and manage employee absences, vacations, and sick leaves
- Prepare and process monthly payroll data in coordination with the accounting team
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with local tax and labour laws
- Maintain employee compensation and benefit information
- Serve as a point of contact for employees on HR-related matters
- Provide guidance and assistance regarding company policies and procedures
- Support team leads and management with HR information and reports
- Has previous experience in HR administration (at least 2 years)
- Experience with systems below or similar, will be considered as an advantage (SageHR, MS Dynamics 365 Business Central; ATS System Breezy)
- Understands payroll and basic labour law principles
- Is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
- Has excellent communication skills in Latvian and English (we work in an international environment, and it’s needed for communication with other offices)

- Salary range 2000-2200 EUR gross (compensation depends on knowledge and experience);
