We Build Products, Not Projects

We’re not an agency. We build and grow our own products — tools that make education better.

We Care About Code Quality

We believe that an investment in code quality always pays off.

We Automate Everything We Can

We don’t like repetitive manual work — automation is our friend.

  • Development environments are reproducible and run in Docker.
  • Scripts take care of setup, data import, and deployments.
  • Our CI/CD pipeline lets us deploy multiple times a day without stress.

We Grow Together

We value curiosity and improvement, and we make space for both.

  • We grow expertise from within — each team member develops a specialty, whether it’s mastering Angular, driving DevOps excellence, or advancing accessibility. Together, we build a team that learns from one another and raises the bar for everyone.

We’re a Small Team (5–7 People)

Everyone’s input matters. We decide together, help each other across the stack, and stay grounded in real agile — short sprints, small releases, quick feedback.

How We Work

We work in sprints, release features in small increments, and gather feedback early. Agile for us means staying flexible and grounded in reality.
