Senior UX/UI Designer

Get ready to

• Take full ownership of the end-to-end user journey across web and mobile funnels, from first touchpoint to conversion and retention
• Design intuitive, data-driven interfaces that maximize funnel performance and engagement
• Collaborate closely with development teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready design formats efficiently
• Plan and execute UX/UI and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) tests to validate design hypotheses and unlock new growth opportunities
• Create, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems and component libraries that ensure visual and functional consistency across all platforms
• Analyze user behavior and conversion data to continuously refine and optimize the funnel experience
• Champion a user-first mindset, balancing creativity with measurable business impact
  
  

We expect you to

• Have 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design, with a strong focus on native apps and web funnels
• Be skilled in designing and optimizing digital funnels for conversion and retention
• Have hands-on experience collaborating with developers to ensure smooth design-to-dev handoff and implementation
• Be comfortable with user testing, and iterative design processes
• Demonstrate strong visual design skills and a deep understanding of user behavior, accessibility, and usability principles
• Be proficient in Figma (required), with additional experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or similar tools
• Understand iOS and Android platform guidelines (Human Interface Guidelines, Material Design)
• Be fluent in English and Lithuanian
  
  

Salary

Gross salary range is 3900 - 5500 EUR/month.

Location

Vilnius, Lithuania : 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
