About the role:

As an HR Specialist at WALLETTO, you’ll manage key HR operations — from maintaining employee records to supporting engagement initiatives and process improvements. You’ll help ensure a compliant, efficient, and people-focused workplace while contributing to projects that strengthen our culture and support our growing team.

What you will do:

• Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with legal and company requirements
• Support the implementation and improvement of HR policies, procedures, and systems
• Oversee health and safety compliance, including risk assessments and maintaining safety documentation
• Coordinate day-to-day office management tasks to ensure an efficient and well-organized workplace
• Support HR projects aimed at fostering continuous learning and professional growth
• Support the organization of employee engagement activities and internal events

What we expect from you:

• 2+ years of work experience in Human Resources operations field
• An open mind with a constant wish to improve processes
• Attention to details
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
• Excellent organizational, communication and administrative skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
• Flexibility and willingness to learn
