Your role at Hostinger
Marketing Project Manager in the Marketing Operations team. As part of Hostinger's Marketing Operations team, you'll help drive alignment, clarity, and flawless execution across global campaigns, communication initiatives, and team projects. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with marketing, operations, product and other teams.

Your day-to-day
- Lead the planning and execution of global marketing sale campaigns — from brief creation to campaign retrospective.
- Gather campaign goals, expectations, and deliverables; define clear timelines and responsible teams.
- Coordinate communication among all stakeholders, ensuring alignment and smooth collaboration across Marketing, Product, and Country teams.
- Track campaign progress, identify bottlenecks early, and keep leadership informed with regular status updates.
- Organize post-campaign feedback sessions, document learnings, and ensure insights are applied to future campaigns.
- Manage internal communication across marketing leaders and channels.
- Maintain and update the Marketing Handbook and shared knowledge base, ensuring clear ownership (DRIs) and accurate information.
- Help leaders to prepare for Marketing events, team offsites, and conferences.
- Support the onboarding process for new Marketing team members and manage relevant learning materials.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency in campaign preparation and team collaboration.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the tech or IT industry.
- Hands-on experience in managing large-scale marketing projects or campaigns.
- Proven track record working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
- Advanced stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in analyzing success metrics and using data to make decisions.
- High attention to detail and excellent written/verbal English communication skills.

- Gross salary starting from 3500 EUR/month (depending on your skills and experience)
