- Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to understand business needs, pain points, and objectives. Document and analyze requirements to create detailed functional and non-functional specifications.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field, or 3+ years of equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with business analysis tools and software (DevOps preferred)
- Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong organizational and time management skills
