LMS Implementation Consultant / E-Learning Content Designer / Intranet Migration Expert (Fiona → Drupal 11)

We’re looking for experienced consultants to join a major public institution in Luxembourg for three exciting digital transformation missions in Learning & Development and Digital Communication.

These projects offer the chance to make an impact on meaningful initiatives that drive innovation, knowledge sharing, and modernisation within a European institutional context.

🔹 1️⃣ E-Learning Content Designer

Mission: Design and develop engaging, interactive e-learning modules from existing training materials. You’ll optimise content for digital learning, create multimedia activities (quizzes, videos, simulations), and ensure LMS compatibility.

Your profile:

• Proven experience with e-learning tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, etc.)
• Strong instructional design and digital pedagogy skills
• Knowledge of SCORM/xAPI standards and LMS integration
• Excellent English (French is a plus)
• Teleworking possible

🔹 2️⃣ LMS Implementation Consultant

Mission: Lead the analysis, selection, and implementation of a new Learning Management System (LMS). You’ll work closely with stakeholders to define needs, manage rollout, train users, and ensure seamless system integration.

Your profile:

• Degree in HR, Social Sciences, or related field
• Strong experience implementing LMS or HR digital tools
• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to drive user adoption and process optimisation
• On-site presence required (Luxembourg)

🔹 3️⃣ Intranet Migration Expert (Fiona → Drupal 11)

Mission: Conduct a full analysis of the organisation’s current intranet (CMS Fiona) and prepare a migration plan to Drupal 11. Deliver a detailed functional and technical assessment, target architecture proposal, and migration roadmap.

Your profile:

• Proven expertise in CMS migration projects (Drupal 10/11 essential)
• Experience with complex intranet environments and integrations (SSO, LDAP, APIs)
• Strong technical and UX/UI analysis skills
• Excellent command of French; technical English appreciated
• Remote work possible, with occasional on-site meetings
