Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Associate based in Luxembourg. The role involves overseeing HR operations, managing day-to-day human resource functions, assisting in training and development programs, and supporting the company's strategic HR initiatives. The position allows flexibility, with some work-from-home opportunities.
Qualifications
- HR Management, HR Operations, and Human Resources expertise
- Experience in Training & Development and organizational learning initiatives
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information with integrity
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in an advisory, consulting, or international business context is a plus
