Your Responsabilities
- Support ongoing projects and programmes
- Help manage and deliver various projects and initiatives.
- Prepare presentations, follow up on actions, and communicate project needs.
- Supporting the organisation’s digital transformation, including updating IT systems, data, and reporting tools.
- Helping the organisation become more digital and data-driven.
- Assisting and advising teams on how to manage their projects effectively.
- Encouraging teamwork and continuous improvement across all projects.
- Manage and track project progress
- Define what success looks like for each project and make sure goals are met.
- Monitor progress, budget, scope, and deadlines for all projects.
- Support teams by providing guidance on project management practices.
- Keep track of how different projects are connected and make sure they work well together.
- Identify potential risks or problems and take action to resolve them.
- Keep all project information well-documented and up to date for reporting purposes.
- Ensure alignment with business goals
- Review all project activities to make sure they match the organisation’s overall priorities.
- Monitor quality and performance
- Use tools and methods to track budgets, timelines, and results.
- Prepare regular reports on the status of projects and the overall portfolio.
- Promote collaboration and communication
- Coordinate teams from different departments working on shared projects.
- Make sure everyone understands the project goals and works together effectively.
- Master’s degree (MSc/MA) in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or another relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience after graduation, ideally in project management, data/reporting/analytics, or coordination roles, preferably within the financial sector.
- Solid understanding of project portfolio management, reporting, and quality management.
- Practical experience using project management tools (such as Basecamp or MS Project) is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies (Lean-Agile Leadership, Lean Portfolio Management, Agile Product Delivery) is an advantage.
- Project Management certifications (PM2, PMI, PRINCE2) or Agile certifications (Lean, SAFe, Scrum) are a plus.
- Experience in data analytics, reporting, and data management using modern technologies is highly valued.
- Previous involvement in digital transformation or business change projects is a plus.
- Interest in and exposure to new technologies are considered an advantage.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written). Knowledge of other EU languages is a plus.
- You are goal-oriented, motivated to improve performance, and committed to achieving both short- and long-term objectives.
- You adjust easily to changes and stay flexible to achieve desired outcomes.
- You work well with others, build positive relationships, and collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
