🔎 We are looking for a Business Analyst (with French!).


Main Tasks:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across various departments.
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and designers to define project scope and deliverables.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments to inform decision-making processes.
  • Create detailed functional specifications and use cases to guide the development process.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit requirements and gather feedback.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders on status and challenges.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes and methodologies.
  • Travel to France as needed for stakeholder meetings and project-related discussions.



Main Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and systems analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively in English and French (minimum C1 level required).
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., SWOT analysis, process mapping, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to France periodically for work-related purpose
  • Fluency in French is mandatory.



📍 Hybrid Role in Lisbon or Porto.
