Principal Product Manager - Factiva APIs, Agents & Integrations

About the Role
The influence of Artificial Intelligence on the News and Business data industry is undeniable. We are seeking an exceptional and experienced individual to drive our integration products strategy (including Feeds, APIs and Agents). This is a critical, high-impact leadership role with very high growth potential. You will drive the strategy and execution for the most complex, ambiguous, and high-impact product areas. You will report into the VP of Product.
You will
- Set and drive the strategic product vision and roadmap for Factiva's APIs, agents and integrations, modernising platforms and shaping data distribution across client and partner ecosystems.
- Lead complex, high-impact initiatives end to end, creating decision frameworks, navigating ambiguity and aligning resources to maximise business and customer value.
- Partner with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to co-design scalable solutions, deeply understand client needs, and ensure seamless integration and adoption.
- Apply deep product and industry expertise to translate emerging technologies and architectures into competitive advantage, using data-driven insights to guide decisions and frameworks.
- Maintain strong awareness of API, agent and AI-driven technology trends and competitive dynamics, clearly articulating Factiva's strengths, gaps and opportunities.
You Have
- 10+ years in Product Management, with a proven record leading enterprise-scale API and integration products, ideally in regulated industries.
- Demonstrated ability to set multi-year product vision and drive complex, high-impact initiatives with systems-level influence.
- Strong executive-level influence and collaboration skills, guiding roadmap and architectural decisions across portfolios.
- Advanced technical fluency in complex systems, APIs and agent technologies, translating technical capabilities into business outcomes.
- Data-driven approach to prioritization and resource allocation, comfortable leading through ambiguity and complexity.
- Cross-functional leadership and experience mentoring teams to build customer-centric products and strong execution practices.
- Technical degree or equivalent experience preferred.
