As a Product Designer at Zinco, you’ll design intuitive, beautiful, and smart experiences that make complex financial workflows simple.
You’ll lead the full design process — from research and prototyping to implementation — working closely with Product and Engineering to craft seamless, scalable solutions. Your work will shape how thousands of small businesses interact with their finances every day.
What You’ll Do
What We’re Looking For
Based in Madrid (hybrid or remote-friendly).
4+ years of UX/UI design experience, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or B2B tools.
Mastery of Figma and strong understanding of design systems.
Experience designing complex web apps and dashboards.
Excellent eye for visual design and detail.
Analytical mindset — you use data to validate your design choices.
Curiosity for AI-assisted design tools like Galileo, Diagram, or Uizard.

- Own the end-to-end design process, ensuring cohesive UX/UI across the platform.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver impactful, user-centered features.
- Conduct user research and testing to guide design decisions.
- Build and evolve Zinco’s Design System in Figma.
- Iterate quickly based on user feedback and analytics.
- Maintain consistency with Zinco’s visual identity and brand.
