Product Manager - Reconciliations Team (Remote - Europe)

As a Product Manager on the Reconciliations Team, you will lead the development and evolution of a high-performance payment reconciliation platform that serves global clients. You'll define the long-term vision, set strategic priorities, and work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-value features. This role offers the opportunity to balance user needs, business goals, and operational efficiency while owning the platform P&L. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, influence product strategy, and drive continuous improvements that enhance the payment experience for users worldwide.

Accountabilities:

• Define and communicate the long-term product vision and strategy for the reconciliation platform
• Gather insights from users and stakeholders to identify opportunities and pain points, translating them into actionable product initiatives
• Lead the development of new reconciliation features, managing projects from ideation to delivery, launch, and go-to-market strategy
• Prioritize engineering work to maximize impact while balancing ongoing improvements and operational stability
• Own the platform P&L, collaborating with finance to identify areas for optimization and growth
• Act as the primary interface for internal stakeholders, including leadership, marketing, and business development, representing the reconciliation team externally as needed
  
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management, with proven success delivering impactful products in collaboration with engineering, design, and data teams
• Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, and other analytics tools to drive product decisions
• Experience managing or building analytics-driven products, particularly where data is core to the user experience
• Exceptional product sense with the ability to craft intuitive, high-quality user experiences
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across teams and stakeholders
• Strategic thinker with attention to detail, capable of balancing creativity, critical thinking, and execution
