Information Security & Compliance Officer – ALTEN Nordics

As an Information Security & Compliance Officer, you will play a key role in implementing and maintaining ALTEN’s Information Security Management System (ISMS) across the Nordics, aligned with ISO 27001 and ALTEN Group’s global cybersecurity framework.

You will act as a local counterpart to the Group Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) and drive information security, risk management and compliance initiatives in both Sweden and Finland.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain ALTEN’s information security policies and ISMS in the Nordics
• Conduct risk assessments and follow up on mitigation plans
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and contractual/legal requirements
• Manage security incidents and coordinate crisis and continuity activities
• Support business and project managers with cybersecurity requirements
• Participate in internal and external audits related to ISMS certification
• Promote information security awareness and training initiatives
• Report security indicators to Nordic management and the Group CISO

Qualifications

• University degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) in IT, Information Security or related field
• At least three years of experience in information security, risk management or IT governance

Skills

• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO 27005, EBIOS RM or NIST frameworks
• Understanding of IT architecture and security controls
• Analytical mindset and strong communication skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Experience from international or consulting environments is an advantage
