Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Manager to lead our IT operations and support the delivery of technology consulting services to our clients. The ideal candidate will be both a hands-on technologist and a strategic leader, capable of managing systems, people, and projects in a fast-paced consulting environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the firm’s IT infrastructure, systems, and networks to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals and consultants, promoting collaboration and professional growth.
  • Lead IT project planning, implementation, and delivery for both internal and client initiatives.
  • Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with business goals.
  • Support pre-sales and client engagement by contributing technical expertise to solution design and proposals.
  • Ensure data security, compliance, and business continuity through proactive risk management and system monitoring.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify technology opportunities that drive efficiency and innovation.
  • Manage vendor relationships, technology budgets, and procurement processes.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in IT management or senior IT leadership, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing (Azure, AWS, or GCP), networking, and cybersecurity.
  • Proven experience managing IT teams, budgets, and cross-functional technology projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CISSP, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are a plus.
