As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the creation of intuitive and inspiring digital experiences at the intersection of AI, blockchain, and human interaction. You'll design how users engage with data, rewards, and intelligent systems — crafting seamless, emotionally engaging interfaces that bridge complex technologies with simple, delightful user journeys. Collaborating closely with engineers, researchers, and product teams, you'll transform cutting-edge ideas into elegant, scalable designs. Accountabilities:

  • Design user-centered, high-impact experiences across web, mobile, and AI-driven interfaces — from concept to delivery
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to turn complex systems and AI insights into human-centric products
  • Shape innovative AI-driven interactions, including conversational, adaptive, and contextual user interfaces
  • Lead the design of Points and Rewards systems, integrating gamification and loyalty across the ecosystem
  • Prototype rapidly — from low-fidelity sketches to interactive AI-based experiments — to explore and validate bold ideas
  • Visualize on-chain data and user actions in clear, engaging, and empowering ways
  • Utilize AI design tools (e.g., GPT, Claude, Cursor, Midjourney) to accelerate ideation and iteration
  • Advance the design system to ensure consistency, flexibility, and polish across all product touchpoints
  • Conduct user research and behavioral testing, turning insights into measurable design improvements
  • Mentor and inspire peers through thoughtful feedback, curiosity, and a commitment to design excellence


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience designing digital products across web, mobile, or AI-powered environments
  • A portfolio demonstrating clarity, creativity, and systems thinking — from clean user flows to scalable design systems
  • Proven experience designing AI-assisted, agentic, or adaptive experiences (e.g., chat interfaces, personalization, or automation)
  • Familiarity with gamification and rewards design, focused on meaningful engagement and ethical user motivation
  • Comfort working with data, analytics, and experimentation to guide design decisions
  • Mastery of Figma, design systems, and component-based workflows
  • Proficiency or curiosity in using AI-powered design tools and exploring new creative workflows
  • Background or interest in fintech, DeFi, trading, or web3, with an understanding of how users interact with digital assets
  • Strong communication skills, capable of simplifying complex ideas and aligning cross-functional teams
  • Passion for AI, design innovation, and emerging technologies, with a mindset focused on clarity, empathy, and human connection
