We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our Client's product development team. In this role, you’ll act as a key advocate for users — improving the usability, accessibility, and overall experience of our digital solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to transform complex problems into intuitive, engaging user experiences.
Your work will span the entire design lifecycle — from user research and ideation to prototyping, validation, and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- User Research & Analysis: Conduct research to identify user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Create personas, journey maps, and empathy maps based on findings.
- Information Architecture & Interaction Design: Define user flows, navigation structures, and page layouts that promote clarity and ease of use.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop low- and high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and test design concepts.
- Design Iteration & Validation: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and usability tests to refine and improve designs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and high-quality implementation.
- Accessibility & Standards: Apply accessibility principles and industry best practices to ensure inclusive, user-friendly experiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design process and outcomes.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or Axure.
- Strong understanding of User-Centered Design (UCD) principles.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in an agile environment.
Preferred Skills
- Basic familiarity with front-end technologies (React, Angular).
- Experience with UI testing frameworks (Cypress, Cucumber).
- Interest in AI-assisted design tools and emerging UX technologies.
