RESPONSIBILITIES
- Planning and managing project processes in the Europe, Middle East, and Asia regions in which ADASTEC is involved
- Preparation of project and tender documents & presentations
- Planning and execution of the product's operational processes
- Following up on customer satisfaction
- Management of reporting of operational performance data
- Working with cross-functional teams for the preparation of necessary reports and documentation
- Tracking progress, resolving dependencies, evaluating risks, and communicating with upper management
- Documenting and reporting project progress to stakeholders and internal and external clients
- Supporting the integration and deployment of electric Level 4 autonomous buses within pilot and commercial projects
- Coordinating technical testing processes including vehicle functional safety (ISO 26262) and operational performance in mixed-traffic environments
- Preparing technical documentation including test reports, integration plans, and system architecture diagrams in collaboration with engineering teams
- Monitoring vehicle data logs to support anomaly detection and debugging efforts during live deployments
- Collaborating with software and electrical engineering teams to define and track technical milestones within project timelines
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 2 years of experience in project management and tender process follow-up in engineering or related sectors
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Automotive, Mechanical, Robotics, or Electronics Engineering from reputable universities
- Pre-Sales Planning Management and Tender Management (RFI, RFP) experience is a plus
- Being a professional user of MS Office applications
- Outstanding communication, collaboration, presentation, and technical report-writing skills
- Strong analytical thinking and complex problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and results-driven with a commitment to quality, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in at least one additional foreign language is required (e.g., German, French, Spanish)
- Driving License Class B is necessary
- Driving License Class D is a plus
- PMP / CAPM Certifications are a plus
- Having no travel restriction
