We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Product Engineer to join our dynamic Product Engineering team.
As an Associate Product Engineer, you will support the design, development, testing, and deployment of products and digital solutions that deliver value to our customers. You will work closely with product managers, software engineers, and designers to bring innovative ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of new product features or enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, UX/UI) to deliver high-quality products.
- Support troubleshooting, debugging, and product improvement efforts.
- Document technical specifications, workflows, and processes.
- Participate in code reviews and learn best practices in software development.
- Research emerging technologies and provide recommendations for product innovation.
- Ensure all development work meets company standards for performance, scalability, and security.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of software development fundamentals and modern product development cycles.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Go, and JS
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
