Full-timeRemote FriendlyMarketing, Public Relations +1
We’re looking for a Communications Manager to elevate inDrive’s technology narrative — covering AI/ML, marketplace infrastructure, and data — across earned and owned channels.

The role leads tech storytelling, media and analyst outreach, technology awards and speaking opportunities, and vendor partnerships to position inDrive as a product- and engineering-led company. You’ll work with Product & Engineering, AI, Employer Brand, and Communications teams to secure stage time, develop credible tech proof points, and build a measurable program that grows share of voice and engagement with our tech content.

At inDrive, technology is built to serve people — not the other way around. Our innovation follows the principle of tech for good: creating tools that empower choice, transparency, and fairness. We believe in ethical AI — where algorithms support human decisions and progress never compromises integrity or user trust.

We’re flexible in discussing potential hiring locations.

Responsibilities

  • Translate the product and engineering roadmap into a clear external tech story (positioning, proof points, Q&A, talk tracks).
  • Drive earned media outreach: pitch tech and business media, prepare bylines, develop data-led stories, and manage timely, accurate responses.
  • Partner with the Corporate Conferences Manager to manage the speaker pipeline, prepare spokespeople, and maintain the tech/innovation awards calendar.
  • Create and manage owned content — blog posts, case studies, deep-dives, and explainers — and adapt them for platforms like LinkedIn and X.
  • Define KPIs and OKRs, track performance metrics such as SOV and message pull-through.
  • Maintain crisis readiness: draft holding statements, coordinate with Legal/Security, and keep media Q&A and escalation documents up to date.
  • Liaise with vendors, partners, PR/content agencies, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery.
  • Provide executive communications support: prepare talk tracks, briefings, and messaging documents for leadership.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in tech PR/communications (in-house or top-tier agency).
  • Proven track record of landing Tier-1 tech/business media coverage and securing high-value speaking opportunities.
  • Experience managing multi-region communications programs and external vendors/agencies.
  • Strong background with consumer tech, marketplaces, mobility/fintech, or SaaS/platform companies preferred.
  • BA in Communications, PR, Journalism, or related field; technical literacy is a strong plus.
  • Working knowledge of AI fundamentals, data privacy/security, platform reliability, and developer ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with measurement frameworks (SOV, message pull-through) and media databases (e.g., MuckRack).
  • Excellent storytelling, writing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent or bilingual in English (C1-C2); additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to operate across multiple time zones and travel up to 10–20% for conferences and media meetings.

Conditions & Benefits

  • Stable salary, official employment.
  • Hybrid work mode and flexible schedule.
  • Relocation package offered for candidates moving to Cyprus.
  • Access to professional counseling services including psychological, financial, and legal support.
  • Discount club membership.
  • Diverse internal training programs.
  • Partially or fully paid additional training courses.
  • All necessary work equipment.
