Role: Venture Analyst (Remote – UAE Region)

We are looking for an analytical, motivated Venture Analyst to join our team remotely from the UAE. In this full-time role, you will identify and evaluate blockchain and Web3 investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, support the deal pipeline, and provide insights that shape our venture strategy for the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and evaluate early-stage blockchain, DeFi, and Web3 projects for investment potential.
• Conduct thorough due-diligence including market sizing, tokenomics, team assessment, competitive landscape and regulatory environment.
• Prepare investment memos, financial models, and recommendations for decision-makers.
• Track and analyze ecosystem trends across digital assets, governance models, and venture capital in blockchain.
• Collaborate with portfolio, legal, and product teams to support deal structuring, monitoring, and performance tracking.
• Maintain and enhance the investment pipeline, database of projects, and reporting frameworks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Computer Science or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 2-4 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment analysis, or blockchain industry research.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, digital asset mechanics, token economies, and regulatory considerations.
• Excellent analytical capabilities, financial modelling skills, and proficiency with tools like Excel, Python or similar.
• High level of initiative, clear communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with MENA or UAE venture landscape is a plus.
