Your Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficient flow of data within our Nordic service operations. Your work is crucial for enabling data-driven decision-making and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through accurate and timely service information.

Your Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficient flow of data within our Nordic service operations. Your work is crucial for enabling data-driven decision-making and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through accurate and timely service information.
Daily Data Management
- Perform daily data back-office tasks within the OV CRM system as the key user, including accurate and timely entry, updating, and maintenance of service-related data, and managing the transfer of work orders (WO) from OV CRM to SAP to ensure data consistency and accuracy across systems.
- Verify that all invoices generated are in accordance with customer agreements and pricing structures. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain data integrity and perform regular data quality checks to prevent errors and ensure data accuracy.
- Manage and administer the ROCK, GEWA, and Infonet systems used by the service department, ensuring their proper functioning and optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot system issues, provide user support, and escalate complex problems to IT support as needed.
- Maintain user access and permissions for these systems, ensuring data security and compliance and to stay informed about system updates and implement necessary changes or upgrades.
- Analyze current data management and system administration processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance data accuracy in collaboration with other departments.
- Contribute to the development of data-driven reporting and analytics capabilities, such as participating in projects to implement new systems or upgrade existing ones.

Essential Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a data management or system administration role, preferably in a service-oriented environment.
- Strong understanding of data management principles, database structures, and data quality control.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (OV CRM), ERP systems (SAP), and other relevant service-related software (ROCK, GEWA, Infonet).
- A self-driven and independent work ethic, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders across different departments and levels.
- Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language is preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience working in a multinational or multicultural environment.
- Demonstrated skills or experience in cross-functional projects.
