By combining technology, game-design, art, analytics, and bringing together passionate people from around the globe we have repeatedly been able to produce hit games. We are based in Munich/Germany and Montréal/Canada.
We develop all our games in small and vibrant teams. Each team has a high degree of responsibility and creative freedom for their game and is committed to creating something outstanding. We are looking for a level designer based in Montréal or North America to work on one of our new titles.
Your Responsibilities
- Level design for a new game at the intersection of the arcade- and RPG genres
- Create and implement exciting levels, which keep bringing new challenges to players
- Balance levels based on data from analytics in order to optimize KPIs such as win-rates, retention, and monetization
- Prepare and execute special and seasonal events
- Work closely with game designers and economy designers
- 2-3 years experience in level design for mobile games
- Strong interest and passion for arcade type games
- Creative- and out-of-the-box thinker
- Strong player empathy
- Ability to analyze data in order to optimize levels
- Familiarity with Unity is a plus
- Strong desire to deliver results and ship top quality titles
- Self-organized and self-motivated way of working
- Strong team-player mentality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
