Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Backend & Kotlin Developer with strong hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance systems. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a product-based company and a proven track record of delivering robust backend solutions.

Prior experience in a product-based company is mandatory.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7–10 years of experience in backend software development.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and Kotlin.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java (Spring Boot, Microservices) and Kotlin.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other developers to deliver high-quality software.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with proper testing and documentation.
• Optimize backend systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Contribute to system architecture, design discussions, and technical decision-making.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure smooth functionality.
