The IT Support Specialist provides technical assistance to end-users across hardware, software, and network-related issues. This role ensures timely resolution of technical problems, supports system maintenance, and contributes to a seamless IT experience for both onsite and remote users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support across hardware, software, network, and mobile devices (onsite and remote).
  • Manage IT inventory, documentation, and user onboarding processes.
  • Support meeting room technologies, AV equipment, and perform basic server/network maintenance.
  • Handle physical installations (e.g., switches, printers, server racking) and navigate large manufacturing sites independently.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Office 365, and iOS device support.
  • Basic understanding of server/network troubleshooting and AV systems.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in fast-paced, large-scale environments.
