Responsibilities

• Drive end to end development of digital banking products, including but not limited to competitor study, user study, design, development, testing, roll out and post launch iterations
• Facilitate the communication between multiple stakeholders, such as business team, legal and compliance, AML and risk control, to ensure the products delivered are fully aligned with business expectations, and fulfill the compliance requirements at the same time
• Work with the team to deliver holistic product solutions, including remote onboarding, deposits and credit accounts, regulatory reports and operation dashboards etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years experience in digital product management (end to end) in banking or fintech companies
• Passionate about digital product design and development
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both English and Mandarin is required to communicate with Chinese speaking counterparts
• Self-Driven, energetic team player who is able to work with ambiguity and under pressure
