The Tripartite Alliance for Dispute Management (TADM) is jointly set up by the tripartite partners: the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) and Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF), and we offer advisory and mediation services. We are looking for interns to support case management, dispute resolution and progress report through research, documentation, and data analysis, while contributing to workflow improvements and administrative efficiency at TADM@NTUC.
Key Responsibilities:
Case Management Support
- Conduct research and analysis of cases, relevant case laws, and legislations to support case officers in managing the cases.
- Draft summaries and correspondence for ongoing cases.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.
Research and Analysis
- Conduct research on employment laws, guidelines, and relevant case precedents.
- Prepare research briefs and provide insights to support dispute resolution strategies.
Data and Trend Analysis
- Prepare progress reports for management, providing insights into recent trends from the cases.
- Utilize AI tools to analyze data and identify trends impacting workers.
Ad hoc Tasks
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, case tracking, and report generation.
- Contribute to special projects or initiatives within the unit as needed.
- Assist in upgrading and improving the workflow in the department.
- Draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes and ensure consistency.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with AI tools for data analysis is a plus.
