As a Data Entry Analyst working remotely for Credentia, you will perform data entry, validation, and support analytical workflows in a remote environment. In this remote role, you will ensure high-data accuracy, timely input and assist with data quality and reporting initiatives from your home remote workspace.

Key Responsibilities

Enter, review and validate candidate registration data, exam results, credentialing documentation and demographic information into company systems while working remotely.

Monitor and analyze data-entry outputs, identify inconsistencies or anomalies and escalate or correct issues.

Assist with data audit activities, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure data integrity across systems in the remote setting.

Organize and maintain digital records, scan/upload documents, and manage electronic files in a remote environment with strong attention to confidentiality.

Collaborate with internal teams (Credentialing, Scheduling, Reporting) using remote communication tools (email, chat, video) to clarify data issues or coordinate tasks.

Meet and report on remote productivity and quality metrics such as entries per hour, accuracy rate, error-rate reduction, and turnaround time.

Ensure your remote workspace and equipment meet company-specified standards (secure internet, quiet environment) and comply with data-security and HIPAA policies.

Participate in remote training, team meetings or virtual check-ins as required by the remote operations structure.

Education/Experience

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.

Minimum 2 years of data entry, data-management or analytics-support experience; healthcare credentialing or similar industry experience preferred.

Experience working remotely or in a remote capacity is a strong plus.

Skills & Attributes

Excellent typing/data-entry skills and strong attention to detail; ability to spot errors and anomalies.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable learning new data systems.

Strong analytical mindset, able to identify patterns, inconsistencies and recommend corrective action.

Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with teams remotely.

Reliable, self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote role.

Home-based workspace with dependable high-speed internet and suitable environment for remote operations.

Commitment to confidentiality, data-security and compliance (HIPAA, company policies).

Working Conditions & Schedule

Fully remote role: work from home in a remote setting—no on-site requirements unless specified.

Standard business hours Monday through Friday; some flexibility may be required depending on workload and deadlines.

Safe, distraction-free remote workspace, reliable internet and adherence to company remote-work guidelines are required.

Occasional remote meetings or virtual trainings may be necessary.
