About Us

Longbridge is a fast-growing online brokerage platform on a mission to make investing smarter, simpler, and more accessible for everyone.

About the Role

Shape Longbridge’s experience for U.S. retail investors. Your north star is to bring U.S. market insights and customer habits into product decisions and represent U.S. user perspectives in day-to-day design. This is a high-impact role where you’ll partner closely with GTM/engineering/design and other teams across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design core U.S. investing experiences across quotes/market data, news & community, and trading, delivering simple and reliable flows.
  • Turn U.S. retail market trends, competitive signals, and user behaviors into a clear product strategy and roadmap; be the voice of U.S. customers in design reviews.
  • Partner with Engineering/Design/Data to frame problems and use metrics and experimentation to solve complex fintech challenges.
  • Collaborate with Marketing/Growth and Customer Support to craft product messaging, analyze feedback, and drive acquisition and retention.
  • Track the SEC/FINRA landscape and work with Compliance to bake requirements and controls into product early.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of product management experience in fintech; or strategic & business analysis experience in financial services; knowledge in brokerage/trading/ crypto is a plus.
  • Strong grasp of the U.S. retail securities market (users, platforms, habits) with the ability to turn insights into product decisions.
  • Data fluency and structured communication; capable of writing clear, actionable PRDs.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and strong execution.
  • Personal investing experience and genuine interest in the markets.

Nice to have:

  • Hands-on with LLM-powered AI tools, with experience applying them to complex workflows (e.g., data extraction, content generation, workflow automation).
  • Ability to maintain some time-zone overlap with Asia-based teams.
