Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for owning the end-to-end delivery of low-complexity, multi-channel projects. This role ensures that assigned projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager serves as the primary day-to-day lead for project execution, managing timelines, deliverables, and approvals while collaborating across teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Job Responsibilities And Skills
- Manage the full lifecycle of assigned projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day project communication, including status updates and deliverable reviews.
- Maintain timelines, assignments, and trackers in Workfront, Egnyte, Gantt charts, and related tools.
- Partner with Account and Finance teams on budget creation, scope tracking, and compliance (including Med/Legal requirements).
- Ensure deliverables move through the full review and approval lifecycle accurately and efficiently.
- Build trust through consistent and reliable execution, occasionally sharing project updates with clients.
- Proactively identify risks, escalate issues as needed, and recommend solutions.
- Contribute to process improvements and propose enhancements to increase efficiency and quality.
- Mentor more junior team members (e.g., Project Coordinators) when applicable.
- 2+ years’ experience in an advertising or digital agency
- 2+ year of project management experience preferably in a Medcomms. Publications experience preferred
- Experience collaborating and communicating with cross-functional teams
- Ability to be effective in remote work via Teams etc. with internal teammates, stakeholders, clients, etc.
- Has financial understanding accounts of $2mm - $3mm + in revenue
- Great communicator and leader; and able to build rapport with people quickly and easily
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize and consistently handle multiple tasks across multiple clients and teams
- Ability to handle changing priorities while meeting deadlines
- Willingness and ability to learn
- Ability to keep a cool head and positive attitude when executing tasks across accounts
