You will work closely with the Frontend team on creating and implementing onboarding funnels, quizzes, purchases, and account creation processes related to the BetterMe Product. The team manages complex logic, a high-load product, and a large number of users.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to influence business metrics with your actions and see the immediate impact of your work on the product.

Your Impact

  • Test existing & new product features, including web and mobile flows, quizzes, onboarding, and payments;
  • Collaborate with the development team to plan, execute, and document test scenarios as part of the release sign-off process;
  • Drive the use of AI tools within the QA process to improve test coverage, speed, and accuracy;
  • Maintain and enhance existing test documentation (test cases, checklists, bug reports);
  • Participate actively in product discussions, contributing to quality improvements and user experience consistency.

About You

  • 3+ years of experience in manual testing of web applications;
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, client-server architecture, and HTTP protocol;
  • Experience with UI/frontend testing using DevTools and backend testing using Postman;
  • Experience & interest in AI-powered testing tools and test automation;
  • Skilled in writing clear test cases and SQL queries (MySQL or PostgreSQL);
  • Solid understanding of HTML/CSS;
  • Experience working with TestRail and Jira;
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ownership mindset.

Will Be a Plus

  • Experience testing mobile apps or onboarding/payment funnels;
  • Ability to structure and improve QA processes within a cross-functional team;
  • Experience with analytical dashboards and app logs.
