Mandatory requirements:
The Product Manager will be overseeing the execution and implementation of organizations recommendations provided in multiple projects. This role will act as the primary coordination point between the company and the client, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.

Core Responsibilities And Accountabilities
Term: 12 months
Location: Kyiv, Ukraine
Relevant experience: Product marketing, Consulting, Banking
Mandatory requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in product marketing
- Ukrainian and English language
The Product Manager will be overseeing the execution and implementation of organizations recommendations provided in multiple projects. This role will act as the primary coordination point between the company and the client, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
Tasks
Core Responsibilities And Accountabilities
- Creating a value proposition for products and services in the international bank
- Market, competitors and target audience analysis
- Calculation of unit economics of products (CAC, LTV, margin)
- Development and optimization of tariffs and pricing
- Negotiations and creation of co-branded products (services)
- Development of Go-to-Market strategy and communication plan for product launch
- Cooperation with product, sales and digital marketing teams
- Monitoring campaign efficiency, KPIs and preparation of reports
- Knowledge of pricing methodologies and working with unit economics
- Ability to develop USP and product positioning
- Experience in developing communication plans and product launches
- Previous experience with analytical tools
- English Upper-Intermediate+
- Experience in B2B/B2C SaaS, telecom or fintech
- Knowledge of the basics of UX/UI
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation
