Job Description
The Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the execution and delivery of cross-functional projects. This role involves coordinating activities between multiple teams, tracking progress, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines organizational strength, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of technical concepts to help projects run efficiently and successfully.
Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, tracking, and execution of projects, ensuring alignment with defined goals, timelines, and quality standards. Monitor deliverables and proactively follow up on dependencies and action items.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a communication bridge between Product, Engineering, and other partner teams. Ensure project information, updates, and requirements are clearly shared and understood.
- Documentation & Governance: Maintain up-to-date project documentation, track milestones, risks, and issues, and ensure effective use of project management tools. Support meeting facilitation and prepare reports and presentations as needed.
- Reporting & Tracking: Consolidate progress updates from various teams, prepare status reports, and assist in building dashboards that provide visibility to leadership.
- Process Support: Contribute to improving project workflows and methodologies. Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, consistency, and collaboration within and across teams.
- Technical Understanding: Apply basic technical knowledge to understand dependencies and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Team Collaboration: Support onboarding, share knowledge about tools and processes, and foster a cooperative and productive team environment.
- Experience coordinating projects or programs in a technology or engineering environment.
- Familiarity with CCaaS technologies (such as Amazon Connect, DialogflowCX, Genesys) and Agile delivery frameworks.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Ability to translate technical information into clear, actionable updates for business stakeholders.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar).
