Location: Remote Job Type: (30-40 hours per week)

What You’ll Do

Product Development Lifecycle:
Manage the product development lifecycle, from ideation to release, using agile methodologies.
Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market trends, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.
Roadmap Ownership:
Create and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Communicate product vision and strategy effectively to stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with designers, developers, and data scientists to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
Coordinate between marketing, operations, and development teams to ensure timely delivery.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks in the product lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies.
Proactively address challenges to ensure on-time and quality product releases.
Feature Prioritization:
Work closely with the team to balance feature innovation with technical feasibility.
Gather and analyze data to prioritize features that deliver the highest user and business impact.
AI Integration:
Leverage a strong understanding of AI, particularly NLP, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and generative text models, to guide product development.
Customer Feedback:
Continuously gather and integrate user feedback to refine the product experience.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, preferably in SaaS or AI-driven products.
Technical Proficiency:
Deep understanding of AI technologies, especially NLP and generative models.
Familiarity with agile development practices and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
Problem-Solver: Proactive in identifying challenges and creating innovative solutions.
Strong Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

Bonus Points

Experience with writing or publishing tools.
Prior experience scaling SaaS platforms from early to growth stages.
Knowledge of user-centered design principles and practices.
