Role Description

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer with 1–2 years of experience to join our team in New Delhi. This is a paid full-time, hybrid role. You will play a key role in crafting intuitive, elegant, and impactful interfaces that define how users interact with Artus.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and AI engineers to turn complex workflows into seamless experiences and translate product ideas into visually engaging, user-centered designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications that are clean, modern, and aligned with Artus’s design philosophy.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design intent.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine designs.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure smooth handoff and implementation.
• Maintain design consistency across all products and platforms through effective use of style guides and design systems.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design, visual design, and interaction design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility best practices.
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React/Next.js) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field preferred.
