UX/UI Designer

What You’ll Do
- Design Intuitive Interfaces: Create user-friendly, visually stunning designs for web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with product managers, engineers, and AI experts to align designs with business goals and technical requirements.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to demonstrate user flows and features.
- Refine User Experience: Conduct user research and usability testing, iterating on designs based on real-world feedback.
- Develop a Visual Identity: Define and maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all platform touchpoints.
- Advocate for Users: Ensure that all design decisions prioritize an intuitive and seamless user experience.
- Experience: 7+ years as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Proficiency in Design Tools: Skilled in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of UX Principles: Strong grasp of user-centered design methodologies and best practices.
- Cross-Platform Design: Experience designing for both desktop and mobile interfaces.
- Research Skills: Proficient in conducting user research and usability testing.
- Technical Collaboration: Ability to work closely with developers to ensure designs are effectively implemented.
- Communication: Strong collaboration and communication skills in a remote team environment.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Experience with AI-driven products or SaaS platforms.
- Familiarity with writing, publishing, or storytelling tools.
- Passion for storytelling, literature, or creative content creation.
