At Oitchau, a fast-growing company transforming how businesses manage time and attendance, we’re looking for an experienced professional to join our product team and drive the development of innovative solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with enterprise customers to understand their challenges and needs, crafting solutions aligned with our strategic vision and contributing to building products that impact a global user base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in shaping product strategy and priorities.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring quality and market fit.
• Collect and analyze data, feedback, and other inputs to identify opportunities and user needs.
• Create clear and detailed product requirements (PRDs, user stories, use cases).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, UX, Design, and Customer Success in an agile environment to deliver impactful solutions.
• Monitor product performance and use insights to drive continuous improvements and ensure real user value.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in product roles within tech companies, preferably SaaS or digital products.
• Ability to engage with enterprise customers, understand their needs, and translate them into effective solutions.
• Strong analytical skills, leveraging data to support decisions and evaluate outcomes.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and user experience focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English.
