As a Senior Software Engineer – Fullstack (iOS Specialist), you’ll play a key role in delivering seamless digital experiences. This role involves building intuitive solutions across iOS applications, Salesforce Commerce storefronts, and customer web portals, leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies.
What You’ll Do
- Technical designing & implementation of high-quality mobile application solutions for consumer/SMB customers.
- Developing, delivering, and maintaining applications for front-end and back-end integration.
- Incorporating LivePerson Chat SDK and integrating Google CCAI technologies to improve context handoff and intent recognition.
- Collaborating across Optus CX, AI, and Engineering teams to ensure secure, customer-centric solutions aligned with our transformation roadmap.
- Performing solution development and technical/UX/UI oversight tasks, including approving API Interface Contracts and UX/UI/Visual compositions of front-end apps.
- Strong iOS development knowledge using Swift, SwiftUI, and Xcode.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully integrating LivePerson Chat SDK into iOS and Salesforce Commerce storefronts.
- Understanding of Google CCAI / Dialogflow CX for conversational context handoff.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, OAuth 2.0, and backend integrations.
- Familiarity with Android development environment.
- Previous experience as a senior member of an engineering team within a large enterprise.
- Ability to work with IT teams, business units, and collaborators, establishing positive relationships.
