The Role
At KALK.AI, this role is about building and crafting the sales engine that defines how [Kalk.ai](http://kalk.ai/) helps both enterprises and solopreneurs turn their dreams into reality.
You’ll lead the commercial side of a product that’s already proven, trusted, and ready to scale. This means owning revenue end-to-end: shaping strategy, leading enterprise deals, enabling the rise of novel use cases, and turning momentum into sustainable growth.
You’ll work closely with the founding team and design a sales motion that matches our DNA - secure by design, fast to execute, deeply customer-centric, and relentlessly innovative.
What You’ll Do
- Build and lead global sales and business development operations — from hiring and mentoring top talent to scaling a world-class team that consistently delivers measurable results.
- Drive enterprise partnerships with organizations seeking secure, enterprise-grade AI adoption. You’ll speak fluently with both technical and C-suite stakeholders, guiding them through transformation with confidence and credibility.
- Scale the self-serve and SMB funnel — empowering individual creators and small teams to launch AI-powered applications on KALK.AI in minutes, not months.
- Design and implement repeatable go-to-market systems — spanning lead generation, pipeline growth, forecasting, CRM, and automation — to build a sustainable, data-driven sales engine.
- Collaborate deeply with product and engineering to translate our biggest strengths — ultra-fast product execution and enterprise-grade security — into powerful and trusted execution points for our customers.
- Own the entire customer lifecycle — from first engagement to onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion — ensuring every interaction strengthens long-term relationships.
- Continuously optimize performance — analyze metrics, refine strategy, and accelerate sales velocity across all market segments.
What You Bring
- 5–6+ years (or more) of proven experience closing enterprise-level sales in tech (ideally AI or Blockchain). You’ve done this before — and done it exceptionally well.
- Strong fluency in AI business use cases and enterprise security needs: you understand the complexity and demands of large-scale adoption.
- An entrepreneurial, winning mindset: you thrive in ambiguity, act with initiative, and *continue to innovate where others give up.*
- Proven experience building and leading high-performance sales teams — balancing hands-on execution with strategic leadership.
- A trusted, authentic leader who uplifts others: ego out, ownership in.
- Analytical, strategic, and forward-thinking: you use data to optimize, not to overcomplicate.
- Comfort operating across dual segments — enterprise and self-serve — tailoring your approach for impact.
