The Data Scientist will design and implement data-driven solutions to support business decision-making and innovation. This role suits an analytical and curious thinker passionate about turning complex datasets into actionable insights that drive measurable outcomes across Australia.
Key Responsibilities
• Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets from various sources
• Develop predictive models, algorithms, and data visualizations to solve business challenges
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into strategic actions
• Perform statistical analysis and create reports that support evidence-based decisions
• Work with data engineers to ensure scalable and efficient data infrastructure
• Explore and test machine learning methods to improve business processes and forecasting accuracy
• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Stay up to date with new data science techniques, tools, and best practices
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related discipline

• Strong proficiency in Python or R, with experience using libraries such as pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, or TensorFlow
