About the Company: We're seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to drive strategic HR initiatives in the Oceania region. You'll be an individual contributor, partnering with local business teams to develop tailored HR strategies, provide expert guidance, and implement innovative solutions to support Oceania’s goals and ensuring it aligns with the larger APAC region’s goals.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with local business teams within Oceania to understand their unique needs and develop relevant HR strategies.
- HR Expertise: Localization and implementation of HR policies, processes, and best practices for Oceania business teams.
- Initiative Leadership: Implement HR projects, including compensation management and performance management.
- Global Alignment: Work with our regional HQ teams to ensure HR projects align with company objectives.
- Employee Relations: Handle complex employee issues and provide solution guidance for managers.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze HR metrics, identify trends, and develop targeted solutions as appropriate across the HR spectrum.
Qualifications:
- HR Foundation: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Regional Expertise: 6+ years of full-spectrum HR generalist experience within the Oceania region.
- Local Knowledge: Strong understanding of local labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
- Data-Driven Insights: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Effective Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships.
- Business Acumen: Strong ability to navigate complex business environments.
