Founded by Lane Stockton, a proud Wiradjuri man, and David “Crofty” Croft, former Wallaby, Yarn’n is built on the principles of mateship, education, unity, and inspiration. The company collaborates with various First Nations artists across Australia to create culturally rich designs, donating 50% of its profits to the Yalari Foundation to support education for First Nations youth. We’re searching for a Head of Digital & Ecommerce - a senior, hands-on operator with a high-performance mindset. We're small and we need a Subject Matter Expert who is highly collaborative but super autonomous. You don’t wait for direction - you set it. You think strategically but execute with precision. You’re as comfortable in GA4 as you are in a leadership meeting.
We debated what we called this - Head of Digital, Senior E-Commerce and Performance Manager, titles aren't our first thought, so if we got it wrong, let us know!

You’ll own everything digital - from Shopify and performance marketing to META, TikTok, CRM, and data. You’ll build, optimise, and scale - relentlessly.
WHAT YOU'LL DO / OWN
- Own the full digital ecosystem: Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, Meta, Google, TikTok, Hubspot (bonus points on the last one)
- Drive D2C growth across our markets (D2C and B2B)
- Build, run, and optimise paid campaigns end-to-end
- Lead CRO, testing, and funnel optimisation
- Develop retention, email, and SMS programs that build loyalty and repeat purchase
- Report daily on revenue, CAC, LTV, AOV, and ROAS (and all the other important ones) - and act fast
- Implement new tools, automations, and growth experiments
- Align digital initiatives with brand and performance goals
ABOUT YOU
- You’re autonomous - you take ownership and make things happen
- You’re senior but still on the tools - you love doing the work yourself
- You’ve led digital for a fast-scaling consumer brand
- You’re fluent in Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and ideally HubSpot CRM
- You’re a growth hacker with a commercial mindset
- You’ve got a high-performance approach to work and life - disciplined, detailed, and consistent
- You’re purpose-driven - you care about making a difference, not just hitting numbers
- You value precision - the 1% matters, in training and in execution

Qualifications
- Experience in Digital Transformation and developing forward-thinking Digital Strategies
- Proven expertise in Project Management with the ability to align multiple stakeholders
- Strong Team Leadership skills to inspire and guide diverse teams
- Proficiency in Web Analytics tools to measure and optimise digital performance
- Ability to adapt to emerging digital trends and technologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
