Our Asset Renewal division is recognised for tackling technically challenging projects, ranging from $500k to $10 million. These include cladding replacements, podium refurbishments, structural steel and concrete repairs, and bespoke high-rise restorations with no limits and often in live, occupied environments. Many of our projects require tailored solutions that push the boundaries of conventional construction, making each job a unique and rewarding challenge.

As Project Manager, you'll contribute to estimating and tendering, helping shape the project strategy before taking it through to on-site delivery and completion. Key Responsibilities
- Developing and managing detailed project schedules and budgets
- Supporting estimating and tendering activities
- Coordinating contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Managing contracts, variations, and claims
- Preparing monthly reports for senior management
- Ensuring compliance with safety, legal, and building regulations
- Overseeing quality control and resolving on-site issues
- Identifying and mitigating project risks
- Mentoring junior team members and contributing to business development
- Representing Alder professionally with clients and stakeholders
You'll be supported by a Contract Administrator and will bring:
- 5+ years' experience as a Building Project Manager
- Proven background in new build and/or remedial construction
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and a quality-driven mindset
- Solid understanding of construction methodologies and regulations
- Collaborative approach and ability to lead teams effectively
- High digital proficiency and commercial acumen
- Commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget
