Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and create visually compelling graphics and illustrations for various digital and print media.
  • Proven experience with marketing campaign design and content design for socials.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and techniques.
  • Manage multiple projects from concept to completion under tight deadlines.
  • Provide input on design strategy and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual designs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Illustrator, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
  • Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to receive constructive feedback and incorporate it into designs.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
  • Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field is a plus.

We are looking for a marketing manager to help us build a community around our brand first by communicating how easy it is to use Virtualness and how our platform enables unique experiences and unlock new channels for monetization for Creators and brands.
