Job profile
As our DevOps Engineer, you'll play a key role in streamlining Holloid’s software and infrastructure development lifecycle. Your responsibilities will be to:
- Accelerate software delivery, automate workflows, improve collaboration, and ensure smooth, reliable code integration, testing, and deployment.
- Manage and optimize infrastructure, including deployment pipelines and cloud environments. You’ll apply security best practices and make infrastructure easier to maintain and scale.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of resilient systems that scale efficiently. You’ll reduce manual processes, improve system uptime, and support a culture of reliability.
- Expand existing observability services to monitor system performance. You'll define effective monitoring and alerting strategies that help us proactively address issues.
Requirements
You bring at least 3 years of hands-on DevOps experience and a pragmatic, problem-solving mindset, ideally with the following:
- Cloud Platforms: GCP (preferred), AWS, Azure. Experience with EU-based providers is a plus.
- Infrastructure as Code / Configuration Management: Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
- Containers & Orchestration: Kubernetes, Docker, or equivalent technologies.
- CI/CD Pipelines: Hands-on with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools.
- Monitoring & Alerting: Familiarity with Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, Novu, or equivalent.
- System Administration: Proficient in Linux and shell scripting (Bash).
- Language: Professional fluency in English (spoken and written).

- Minimum salary (IT collective agreement) with 3 years of experience: EUR 3,843. Overpay depends on the expected value you contribute.
